Before the Denver Tech Center fully took shape, Marina Square helped define it. When it opened in 1979, it quickly became a go-to destination in the DTC, a place where weekends meant meeting friends, browsing thoughtfully curated shops, and enjoying a sense of energy that felt both elevated and approachable.
With its mix of fashion forward retailers, jewelry boutiques, and specialty stores, Marina Square earned a reputation as one of the area’s most desirable places to spend time.
